Shipping & Returns

Orders leave our studio within 2 business days, tracked from door to door.

• Standard (3–5 business days) — $6, or free on orders over $150.
• Express (1–2 business days) — $14, available at checkout.
• International — calculated at checkout by destination; duties are shown before you pay, never on delivery.

If a piece you ordered turns out to be the last one and stock cannot cover it, we email you within a day with the choice of a replacement or an immediate refund.

• 30 days from delivery for a full refund — unworn, tags attached.
• Sale pieces: exchange or store credit within 14 days.
• Return shipping is free for exchanges; refunds deduct a $5 label fee (waived if the piece arrived faulty).
• Refunds land 5–10 business days after your parcel reaches us, to your original payment method.

To start a return, write to the studio with your order number — we will send a prepaid label and walk you through it.
