How does Mirelle sizing run?
Our tailoring runs true to size with a slightly relaxed shoulder — if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for blazers and coats, and taking your usual size in dresses and shirting. Every product page carries detailed measurements.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave our studio within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, express 1–2. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 — see shipping & returns for the full picture.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund — unworn, tags attached, no questions asked. Sale pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.
How do I care for silk and wool?
Cool wash, shade dry, and a steamer instead of an iron. Our Journal guide Natural Fabrics, Honestly Explained covers every fabric we sell.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — any Mirelle piece can be sent back for mending, free for the first two years. Just write to the studio with your order number and a photo of the wear.
When do you restock sold-out pieces?
Core pieces return most seasons; limited-collection styles do not. Join the list in our footer and you will hear about restocks and new arrivals first.
